No Stand. I have other ASUS external DVD-RWs and they came with a stand and there is a notch on the back of the DVD-RW drive to attach the stand to it. No Notch on this one. I'd suggest getting one at Fry's Electronics (Current cost $39 - $10 02/09/2012 - 02/29/2012 rebate = $29) - so far those come with a stand. It's a nice option to have. It's the reason I started buying these in the first place. One comment about the Fry's Rebate is that what you end up with is an American Express Gift Card/Credit Card for $10 - Not a check.
